The Private Membership Association (PMA) Agreement

BIOETHERIC and its guides are holistic educators and Terrain Advocates, not licensed medical doctors. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By interacting with this site or our services, you acknowledge that you do so under your own biological sovereignty and free will.
1. Nature of the Association
BIOETHERIC operates entirely within the private domain as a Private Membership Association (PMA). By applying for guidance, purchasing a consultation, or entering the Member Vault, you agree to become a private member of this association. This legally shifts our interactions outside of public jurisdiction and into a private contract between consenting adults.
2. Assumption of Responsibility
You acknowledge that true biological homeostasis requires radical personal responsibility. Any fasting protocols, botanical synergistics, or dietary modifications recommended by BIOETHERIC are educational templates based on historic and natural law. You assume full sovereign responsibility for how you implement these strategies. You are strictly advised to consult with your prescribing physician regarding any medical conditions or prior to altering any allopathic medications.
3. Financial Commitments & Refund Policy
Due to the highly bespoke, time-intensive nature of our 1-on-1 guidance, all tuition payments for the Inner Circle and Group Cohorts are strictly non-refundable once the container has commenced and the Private Vault has been accessed.
Baseline Consultations (£199): Fully creditable toward Inner Circle tuition if you proceed within 14 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All material provided within the Private Member Vault—including bespoke PDFs, protocol blueprints, audio files, and somatic journaling interfaces—are the exclusive intellectual property of BIOETHERIC. You agree that these materials are strictly for your personal, private use and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed publicly.
5. Termination of Membership
BIOETHERIC reserves the right to terminate membership and Vault access without refund if a member breaches confidentiality, displays combative or disrespectful behavior toward the guides, or explicitly violates the core tenets of the Sovereignty Pledge established during application.
